
Mindfulness Stress Reduction for the Community

Research has shown outcomes associated with increased self-awareness, emotional and attentional regulation, and significant reductions in symptoms for various physical and behavioral health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. Participation in all four classes is highly encouraged, as information will build sequentially. This course will be experiential as participants will explore mindful meditation practices.
